Comments about Burton Custom Snowboard Binding:
I ride park 99% at Holiday Valley. I like the control they give me on my board when riding up to hit a rail or 900 a jump. But my foot pad ripped and my toe strap loosens and comes unstrapped. I suggest paying alittle more for a getta grip toe cap or buying a more expensive binding.

Comments about Burton Custom Snowboard Binding:
I am a huge fan of burton but I must say I was very disappointed with this binding. First I could not get the toe cap to properly fit on my boot. Secondly the screw that holds the toe cap on the plastic slider came off and I had to ride for a day with out a toe cap on my back foot. Third, the toe buckle on my front foot broke and I had to apply a lot of pressure downward as I straped in. Forth, the binding straps would loosen on every landing and depending on how large it was they might come undone. I know you can do better Jake.

Comments about Burton Custom Snowboard Binding:
Just love them. These are my first bindings mounted on a clahs board. tried the first time this year in canada and all worked well. Yes, the toe strap get bit loose after a while but not to make me worry about it.
Overall very happy about it and my choice as beginner.

Comments about Burton Custom Snowboard Binding:
My instructor told me not to cheap-out for my first board setup, even if I still have a lot of falling to do, and I don't feel like I cheaped-out at all. These are solid beginner bindings, strong and comfortable. Like the other reviewer, I also sport Invader boots... And like the other reviewer said, it does take a LOT of adjustment for those with big feet (especially a 14 like me), however in my opinion that's the fun part where you get to adjust everything to your own personal settings and be able to change whatever whenever! The one thing that's stopping me from giving 5 stars is the toestrap. Disclaimer - I blame the following on my big feet, but even after all the adjustments I could make I can only get the toestrap to click/lock on the very first part of the strap. I mean, if it holds then great, but not being able to secure it past one "click" does make me a little nervous. I guess I'll see how it holds when I'm back at Piancavallo tumbling down the mountain all day.

Comments about Burton Custom Snowboard Binding:
This is a great binding for park and high speed riding. Improved my ride. Exactly what I needed. My only complaint is that the toe capstrap ratchets are weak so it is difficult to get that extra click. I think I am getting the hang of it though. It seems if you put pressure inward so the ratchet doesn't just slip, you can get the extra click that is neccessary. otherwise, by the time I finish my run and the boot settles in, the capstrap is loose. Ankle ratchet is super strong though.
