Comments about Burton Women's 2L Altitude Snowboard Jacket:
So I finally decided to replace my old unflattering Sessions jacket after the seams started coming undone. And yippee - I can now afford a proper Burton jacket. It looks nice, it's a good fit and I'm sure the waterproofing will be great. But it's really let down by some irritating design flaws. There are only three loops to attach your powder skirt to your trousers. And one of them is velcro. Did they run out of poppers or something? The 'ergo cuffs' are a bit poor - there's no elastication and no inner cuff. There's no mesh behind the pit vents - it's just asking for stuff to fall inside your jacket. And no recco reflector. It really could be so much better.
