We would like to inform you that there are currently delays at the UPS UK facility in processing customs clearance for packages. As our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany, they are subject to import tax clearance once they arrive in the UK. As a result, these delays are also impacting overall delivery times. Please be assured that our teams are actively working to resolve this situation as quickly as possible.

When will my order ship?

All Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Please note that we do our absolute best to ship your order as soon as possible, but during busy sale periods high order volume may slow us down. During these periods the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated delivery dates seen in checkout. Delivery times are an indication and no rights can be derived from this.
